This position's focus is to ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely and successful installation and conversion of ADP Major Account workforce management solutions.

The Implementation Specialist develops and maintains effective verbal and written communications and relationships with clients and ADP associates as he/she conducts needs analysis and customizes, configures and tests the product solutions to meet each client's need.

The Specialist utilizes a combination of product knowledge, HR knowledge and project management skills to ensure a quality implementation experience for the client while proactively contacting the clients during the implementation process to assess their satisfaction.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)

Strong customer service background. Excellent communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills with internal and external clients.

Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, effectively utilize resources and work independently. Strong aptitude for detail, possess effective troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Ability to work well under strict time constraints, prioritize client issues, adapt quickly to changing needs, and is flexible when priorities shift. Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. Payroll and/or HR experience preferred.
